Meet the Team - Oral Surgery in Marlton, Haddonfield, and Moorestown, New Jersey

The administrative and surgical personnel of West Jersey Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, PC are highly experienced in outpatient surgical care and anesthesia care. Their mission is to provide a superior level of customer service so that your experience at West Jersey Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, PC is the best possible. The staff are well-versed in insurance and financial policies and follow a strict infection control protocol. All of the administrative and surgical staff members are certified in basic life support (CPR).

Jody, R.D.A., joined the practice in 1997. She is knowledgeable concerning the many aspects of dentistry. In addition to overseeing the staff and the operational aspects of the practice, Jody is also the Dental Implant/Treatment Coordinator which allows her to serve as a liaison between the patient, referring dentist, Drs. Sansevere and Dr. Reed. She has her NJ Dental X-ray License, her Nitrous Oxide Certificate, and the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification. Jody is a Registered Dental Assistant, is an allied staff member of the AAOMS, and maintains OSHA updates and training.

Ashley, C.D.A., joined the practice in 2013. She has her NJ Dental X-ray License, and is a Certified Dental Assistant. She is responsible for processing and managing oral pathology. Ashley also coordinates out-patient surgeries at the Hunterdon Medical Center and the Hunterdon Center for Surgery. In addition, Ashley maintains HIPAA updates and training. Currently she is working towards becoming a Registered Dental Assistant and the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification.

Heather, D.A., joined the practice in 2015 and has worked in the dental field since 1990, bringing Periodontics knowledge and experience. She is responsible for inventory and purchasing of dental supplies for the office serving as a liaison between the practice and sales representatives. Heather has her NJ Dental X-ray License, and is a Dental Assistant. She is currently working towards the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification.

Isabella, D.A., joined the practice in 2018 and brings previous experience in Oral Surgery. She has her Dental X-ray License and the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification. She coordinates the monthly maintenance and biological testing of sterilization equipment. Isabella also maintains the inventory of surgical instruments. She is working towards becoming a Certified Dental Assistant.

Courtney, C.D.A., joined the practice in 2018 and has worked in the dental field since 2012. Courtney has her NJ Dental-Xray license and is a Certified Dental Assistant. In the office, Courtney is responsible for calibrating and maintaining working order of the office’s iCat machine. She is currently working towards becoming a Registered Dental Assistant and the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification.

Kylene, joined the practice in 2015 as an administrative assistant bringing previous experience in the dental field. Kylene serves as the Schedule Coordinator and manages the patient recall system to ensure that follow-up care is maintained. She oversees office email and the daily setup of the front office.

Joelle, joined the practice in 2017 as an administrative assistant. She brings twelve years’ experience in administrative and clinical practice. She communicates with referring dentists to ensure the office receives pertinent patient information prior to their visit. She assists in managing the office email and the daily setup of the front office. Joelle also has her NJ Dental X-ray License.
